Follow these steps in order to set up your additional membership and pods at another home. A second location requires a separate membership, you will be prompted to purchase one during this process if have not already done so at the of time of purchase.
iOS
- Tap the ≡ icon on your home screen to open the menu.
- Open up the Account page from the menu at the top.
- Tap on Set up Plume at a New Home.
- Follow the instructions to set up Plume.
- Once you complete the setup, you will see your new home Wi-Fi selected in the list. You will now see Wi-Fi, pod and device details for a new home in the app.
- You can also switch between your Wi-Fi networks from the Account page or Home screen.
Android
- Tap ≡ the icon on your home screen to open the menu.
- Open up the Account page from the menu.
- Tap on Set up Plume at a New Home.
- Follow the instructions to set up Plume.
- Once you complete the setup, you will see your new home Wi-Fi selected in the list. You will now see Wi-Fi, pod and device details for a new home in the app.
- You can also switch between your Wi-Fi networks from the Account page.
