Turning off the WiFi on your existing wireless router will help improve the performance of your HomePass WiFi network by reducing channel utilization. Turning the old WiFi off will also avoid confusing your devices.

- Open a browser and enter the IP address 192.168.178.1 to access the Hub Manager
- Enter your user name and password. The defaults are found on the back of the device
- Click on Wireless
- While in the Radio Network section, remove the checkmarks next to Wireless radio network enabled for both 2.4GHz and 5GHz
- Click on Apply

- Open a browser and enter the IP address 192.168.1.1
- Enter your user name and password and click login. The defaults are admin and 1234
- Hover over the Network Setting option on the bottom toolbar, then select Wireless
- Click on the General tab
- In the Wireless Network Setup, setting click on the Disable option for Wireless
- Use the Band drop-down and switch to 5GHZ and repeat the previous step
- Click Apply at the bottom of the page

Note: Your device will need to be connected to the router by Ethernet
- Open a browser and enter the IP address 192.168.1.1
- Click on the Sign In button
- Enter your username engineer and the password (access key) found on the back of the device
- Click on the Sign In button
- Click on Wireless
- Under each Access Point switch the Radio Enabled button to Off. You will have to do this for every access point (SSID)
- Click on Save
